We are very proud to announce that the recently-launched YXT 24 Evolution is Finalist for the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2019! She will compete for the Best New Production Yacht Design Award.

The exclusive award-giving ceremony will take place during the Superyacht Design Symposium on January 27 in the spectacular setting of the Italian Dolomites in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

The good news arrived whilst the vessel was under sea trials in the North Sea. What better way to celebrate it!

The Awards programme will acknowledge not only the naval architecture and styling but also design aspects that represent innovation and engineering amid the changing demands of owners and the increased product portfolio of technology.

We are delighted to learn that the judging panel were very impressed by our entry and would like to thank them and Boat International very much.

The YXT 24 Evolution is the first model built of its category and is the result of the shipyard’s collaboration with Bernd Weel Design for the Exterior Style, Darnet Design for the Interior Design and Diana Yacht Design for the Naval Architecture.

It would be a source of great pride for all of us if she would win. But being shortlisted as a Finalist is already a great credit to the work of everybody and the vision of the owner. We will keep you posted on the results.
